Privacy Policy

PicSqueeze ("the App") is an offline image-compression and photo-cleanup app for Android. This policy explains what information is handled by the App and its advertising provider.

Photos and images

Photos you select are read and processed in memory on your device. Compressed images are saved to your device's gallery. PicSqueeze does not upload your photos to its own servers.

Local information and accounts

The App does not require an account. Preferences and coin balance are stored locally on your device. PicSqueeze does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or contacts for its own use.

Advertising and device identifiers

PicSqueeze uses the AppLovin MAX software development kit (SDK) to serve banner, interstitial, and user-requested rewarded ads. The advertising SDK may collect and transmit device or advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interaction and diagnostic information to AppLovin and its advertising and mediation partners. These parties may use the information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with their policies. The SDK may also obtain information from advertising partners when mediating ads.

For details about AppLovin's handling of information, see AppLovin's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your Android device's privacy or ads settings. Available controls vary by Android version and region.

Permissions

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — used to read images you select for compression and cleanup.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used by the advertising SDK to detect connectivity.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — used for notifications from the optional background-compression feature.

The App does not request camera, location, contacts, or microphone access.

Google Play Data safety

The Google Play Data safety section describes device or other IDs as collected and shared by the advertising SDK. PicSqueeze itself does not receive photos or use an app account. Data handled by third-party SDKs can change; please also review the provider policy linked above.

Children

PicSqueeze is not directed at children under 13 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App or its service providers change. The updated date above indicates the latest revision. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
